Welcome to OpsAI Labs. By accessing, downloading, or using any of our products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase any of our digital goods.

1.Product Usage:

OpsAI Labs provides downloadable digital products (toolkits, templates, guides, and decks) for educational and business use.

• Starter & Growth Kits are licensed for individual or internal team use only.
   
• Consultant Edition grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to rebrand and use content in client-facing projects.
   
• Redistribution or resale of assets without a Consultant License is strictly prohibited.
   

2. Intellectual Property:

All content, visuals, templates, and documentation are the intellectual property of OpsAI Labs unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any material beyond the scope of your license.

3. Payments & Refunds:

All payments are processed securely via Paypal. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

4.Affiliated Links:

OpsAI Labs may include affiliate or referral links in certain templates or documents. These are provided for convenience and do not impact your use of the product.

5. Liability:

OpsAI Labs is not responsible for how our toolkits are implemented or for any outcomes resulting from their use. All materials are intended for general guidance only.

6. Support:

Basic product support is available for all purchases. Consultant License holders receive priority email support within 72 hours. 

7. Changes to These Terms:

OpsAI Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
